Xbox series x false ventilation error message

Just some background information before I explain whats been happening. Haven't properly cleaned inside the vents on the xbox since launch other than using a cloth to wipe off any on the exterior. My xbox is placed on top of my desk with nothing around it and plenty of space for proper ventilation. Just earlier this week I've installed Star Wars battlefront 2 and midway through a game my xbox completely shutdown without warning. I then turned it back on and was presented with this message:

"Your Xbox Series X console is designed to shut down automatically to protect itself from insufficient ventilation. Like other electronic devices, the Xbox One requires proper ventilation. To prevent another automatic shutdown

Do not block any ventilation openings on the console of power supply

Do not place the console or power supply on a bed, sofa, or other soft surface that made block the ventilation openings

Do not plays the console of power supply in a confined space, such as bookcase rack or stereo cabinet, unless the space is well ventilation.

Do not place the console or power supply near any heat sources, such as radiators, heat registers, stoves or amplifiers."

This happened twice that day which lead me to investing in an air duster from amazon so I could open the back panel and throughly clean all the dust that was blocking the vents, fan and heat sync. Straight away I noticed my xbox fan was pretty much silent like how I got it on release day.

I played a few games of Fifa 22 and it was perfect until I started playing Battlefront 2 again and about 2 hours later it shutdown again and displayed the same ventilation error. Ive since done a hard reset, changed my power and start up settings and un-installed battlefront 2 to see if this caused the problem. So far no signs of it shutting down but was curious if anyone else had this issue?
