    How you do know that the disk drive on the disk reader on the disk tray on the Xbox Series X on the Series X are working and reading the games to play on the disk physically and not working and reading them?

    Never heard of this before , then again , i dont play BF3.

    It's not your hard drive, the hard drive does not read the disks.

    My assumption is that your laser disk reader is broken. Sorry but nothing more comes to mind on a solution.

    If you buy a new 360, get one with a open - able tray. Way more reliable , and you can get your disk back without smashing it if it dies.

    Glad to see I'm not the only one with this problem, still the system is brand-new and I got the game from warehouse surplus fully sealed never open. So for some reason the disk trays on x-boxes or the disk readers are seemingly failing at random even on
