Xbox series x disappearing from order history

    Xbox series x disappearing from order history


    Hello everyone. So i know im not the only one this happened to but my xbox series x preorder isnt showing in my order history anymore for a few days now. But if i click the manage order link in my confirmation email then it takes me to my order history and
    the series x is there and it says its pending. So like i said i know this happened to a lot of people i was just wondering, is this something i should be concerned about?

    Are you playing the Xbox One version or the Series X/S version of GTA Online?

    Please make sure your version matches the shark card you purchased. Shark Cards for the Series X/S version will show "(Xbox Series X|S)" in the name in the order history.

    Thank you so much for that. On your Xbox console's order history, is the "The Quarry for Xbox Series X|S" showing up?

    Because if yes, it's odd because we were able to see the item on your order history's website for the game Jet Set Radio.

    I purchased a game, but it is not available for download on the console.

    He gave you instructions for the Xbox One/Xbox Series X|S. If the game is in your order history, then make sure you are logged in with the same account on the console, then go to settings - account - download history, and scroll down to the game, select it and start the download.

    You might also want to check this page to make sure the order has gone through for the Xbox 360. https://marketplace.xbox.com/en-GB/Product/Rayman-Origins/66acd000-77fe-1000-9115-d80255530884

    The site you posted is mainly for the Xbox One/Xbox Series X|S orders, although ordering 360 games on there usually do register for the Xbox 360 console as well.

    If the order doesn't show, then you should request a refund here xbox.com/refund and then order the game directly from the Xbox 360 marketplace website or direct from the 360 console instead.

    Does the Shark Card show in your account's order history? Check here: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/

    If it does, what is it listed as? It should say Xbox One or Series X/S in the name.
