    Xbox Series X DHCP issue


    Ok, im very annoyed and confused with my Xbox Series X right now. I set it up on launch day and it connected just fine to the internet and everything worked the way it was supposed to. Now, it won’t connect to the internet because it says “Can’t connect
    to your DHCP server.”

    Why in the world is this suddenly coming up out of nowhere? I’ve followed all of the troubleshooting steps and nothing has worked. All of my other devices are connected tk the internet and working perfectly, so why won’t my Xbox??? So annoyed!!! I paid $500
    for this thing just to not work!

    3. ONLY the Xbox-Series X has this issue, No other, including the Series S which is the “little brother” of the Series X

    You can start the DHCP Range at 192.168.x.100 and assign the XBOX a static address of 192.168.x.99, for instance.

    I’m not sure how to reach these settings, but I’m quite certain it is not an issue with my router. My series x has worked for months before now, and all other devices on the network are working, including my Xbox one and Xbox one x. I have been having this issue since roughly the time that my series x last updated, is it possible that the issue is an overlooked bug in the series x OS?
