    Xbox series x demo screen error


    Hi all

    When I go to games tab, then scroll down to game demo's

    I get error on screen

    "Something went wrong"

    CV: and lots letters and numbers bottom right.

    Hope you can help.

    I tried reloading but same issues.

    Kindly try to do these steps and check if it will fix the issue. Thanks!

    Let's try to enable the QoS tagging on this console.

    Please go to Settings and select General > Network settings > Advanced settings > QoS tagging settings

    Enable both the DSCP and WMM tagging

    Reboot the console

    Then press and hold the Power button on the front of your Xbox until the console turns off.

    Unplug everything from the back of your Xbox.

    Wait 3 minutes, and then plug the power cord and HDMI back in.

    Why does my xbox series x shut down everytime I try to play the matrix demo .

    On a second glance I think it is a error in the demo it keeps shutting down my console at the exact same part please tell unreal and epic to fix they're stuff or xbox should take this demo into they're own hands it's extremely disappointing that I can't play this I just got a xbox series x probably exclusively because of this demo please fix this demo one way or another
