Xbox Series X Delivery - Microsoft says sent, UPS says not received?

Okay, so the shipping label was printed by MS and UPS are waiting for the parcel. Many of us are similar to you, some have tracking numbers that work, some have them that aren't working yet. Judging from this, i'd say that MS is processing many orders and
then sending to UPS is bulk bundles. It would explain your situation and would explain those of us who have no tracking number that works yet.

I would assume that later today we will all see some movement with our parcels. I wouldn't trust what CS says because they are clueless and just read from a script. It would make more sense for MS to process many orders and send off at once rather than doing
it in smaller batches time and time again, especially with Covid.

So, I would still expect you to get it tomorrow regardless and in terms of your tracking, I would assume that will move throughout today. Couriers can move parcels quickly so can receive parcels at midnight and they can still be at your door within 8 hours
if not less. Still plenty of time for MS to ship them out, UPS to get them, send them to our local depots and them delivering to us.

Microsoft introduces "Smart Delivery" with the Xbox Series X, which means, that if you own an existing game (like Minecraft in your example, or Gears 5) or a new game comes out for Xbox One and Xbox Series X with improved graphics on Series X, you won't
have to buy the game twice.

With Smart Delivery you will play the "enhanced" version on Series X, and the "normal" version on Xbox One.

Smart delivery is just a term used by Xbox to say that the correct version of the game will be installed on your console. So if it was an Xbox One you have, then you would get the Xbox One version, and the Series X or S would get the Series X|S version of the game.

When the Series X/S was sent out to testers pre-release, it was possible to install Xbox One versions of Smart Delivery Games....however, it seems it was made impossible for general release.
