    Xbox Series X crashing when loading games


    So I got my Series X yesterday, downloaded a bunch of games, and as I went to go play Forza Horizon 4 I wasn't able to get past the loading screen with the controller on it. The system crashed and shut off, I thought it was weird, tried again and the same thing happened. The same thing happens with Rocket League, Master Chief Collection, Spiritfarer, Golf with your Friends, Tetris Effect Connected, and Totally Accurate Battle Simulator.

    The catch is, it isn't every game. Celeste, Slay the Spire, and the Xbox 360 version of Peggle all work. Apps seem to be working although I haven't tried that many of them. The home screen and menus have no issues.

    I have restarted the console, soft reset, hard reset, cleared cache, changed NAT Type to Open, Cleared MAC Address, just about everything I can think of and what support has guided me to do as well. Because some games work, I'm inclined to think it isn't a hardware issue, but so many games don't work, I'm not sure if it's a defective unit and should be exchanged.

    Any thoughts or tips and tricks would be nice, I'm pretty bummed about it but still hoping to fix it or hoping they can have a quick patch that might solve the issue.

    Skydrift infinity unplayable on series x

    There is no extra content for the game I can navigate the menus but when I load up any race the game crashes every time. It does this on the series x only it works fine on Xbox x.

    Did you get a resolution ? I've just received a brand new xbox series x back, date on the back is 4th June 2021. (last xbox series x died)

    Battlefield 2042 hard crashing series X

    The game is actually freezing and crashing hard, and that since the last patch.....it really annoys me, NO

    it's pissing me really off.



    I can't play normal on a Xbox Series X without a crash or a freezing Game. Playing with Xbox Series X controller, 4K HDR 60FPS , cross play enabled (without crossplay the Xbox found no Matches )



    The Game crashes 10 min into play, either when in a match or in menu.

    I have conducted following troubleshooting steps: Reset the game, reinstalled the game, reset the console completly, reset the console, removed everything and nstalled BF2042 again....

    Forza horizon 5 syncs and I can play on cloud play but when I install the game it syncs then crashes on loading screen Xbox series x

    Installed fh5 again it syncs starts loading then still crashes the save can't be corrupt because it works on cloud play Xbox series x don't know what to do

    Atm its an ongoing issuse, i find it happening most with AC:Val and COD:CW. It happens also with Rouge Company and MK11Ultimate.
