    Xbox Series X crashing in media apps


    So this had been going on for 2 months but every time I use a media app for a prolonged period (at least 20 mins), it freezes and shuts down with my controller being on. I tried using different combinations like different power surges or resetting my xbox. However, it still persists. It could be a problem with the internal power. Do I have to bring it in for repair?

    Battlefield 2042 hard crashing series X

    The game is actually freezing and crashing hard, and that since the last patch.....it really annoys me, NO

    it's pissing me really off.



    I can't play normal on a Xbox Series X without a crash or a freezing Game. Playing with Xbox Series X controller, 4K HDR 60FPS , cross play enabled (without crossplay the Xbox found no Matches )



    The Game crashes 10 min into play, either when in a match or in menu.

    I have conducted following troubleshooting steps: Reset the game, reinstalled the game, reset the console completly, reset the console, removed everything and nstalled BF2042 again....

    Did you get a resolution ? I've just received a brand new xbox series x back, date on the back is 4th June 2021. (last xbox series x died)

    Every game I load results in xbox restarting or crash to the dashboard

    P50 WD Black Problem XBOX series X

    I am also using a WD Black P50 (NVMe SSD 2TB) with my Xbox Series X and It works just great on last generation games. Make sure to plug the drive into your Xbox Series X and then format the SSD drive for games (you also have the option to format it for media). The drive must be formatted using your Xbox Series X (NOT a PC). Happy gaming .
