    Xbox series x crashing, can not get the service repair website to work


    The xbox on my account which is my sons keeps crashing, I have tried to book a repair online but when i go to enter the address the website crashes, tried on numerous different browsers on different devices including Android, IOS and Windows. When I call it just sends me to the website again and does

    not let me speak to anyone, when going through the contact us on the website and requesting a call back it does not ever let me

    get to the stage of requesting a call back just sends me in circles on your website, been trying all week and the warranty expires tomorrow. Please can you contact me to arrange the warranty repair.

    Hello Noice, as this forum is public viewing and unfortunately as independent consultants we do not have access there is some data and neither your account, we can not specify the actual reason or accurately check why you are not getting in touch with Xbox support, the ideal would be to wait a little longer and check if you can contact the service via chat.

    I have the same problem, my xbox series x crashes in all enhanced games and shuts off when it wants, i already did the reset thing and uninstall everything and install it again, but none of the fixes works for me,i might use the repair service you mentioned, does it cost any money? and does it work if i live in mexico?

    If you have an Xbox Series S or X, you can repair it directly with Microsoft by following the steps provided in this article:

    If you have an Xbox One console, you can get it repaired in the closest repair shop.
