    Xbox Series X Crashing and then turning off


    Hi,

    I just got an Xbox series X a day ago and I was setting everything up. I downloaded some games and one of them being Gangbeasts. When I try to go into a game it crashes the Xbox and then my Xbox shuts down. I tried 2K21 and it did the same exact thing. I tried another game and same issue.

    I have done the following to try and fix it: Using a different wall outlet Reset the Xbox and wipe it completely

    I’m not sure what to do at this point cause it looks like I can’t play any games. My Xbox is also up to date with updates.

    Some help would be great, it’s very disappointing I can’t play anything on this new console I got. Thanks.

    Atm its an ongoing issuse, i find it happening most with AC:Val and COD:CW. It happens also with Rouge Company and MK11Ultimate.
