    Hello,

    I just bought a Series X but i´m having a lot of trouble, it crashs with any game.

    I'have been trying to talk with someone from Microsoft but it is impossible, the phone contact is not working and also the robot is not helping me. I already tried all troubleshooter solutions but it keeps crashing when i open any game. My site is Brazil, and it seems that there is no support for xbox on my country.

    How can i contact Microsoft, please?? Or get this problem solved?

    Hello @LupiyoBR!

    If you experience any issues requesting a call back or live chat on the Xbox support website, go through Microsoft support. Once you get to the virtual agent just say “Talk to an agent” and select Xbox as the product, and your issue from the list. Select the option “Call me back” or “Live chat”, which shows the estimated wait time/queue.

    If you don't see the options to request a call back or chat with support, change your category/topic until you do. If it does not work, please select billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge".

    Halo infinite was hard crashing a lot for me at launch but then seemed to work perfectly through December and now after the most recent update I’m back to crashing almost every game. The game even crashes in the main menu sometimes. Half the time it crashes to Xbox dashboard half the time it shuts the whole Xbox off. I’m on a series x. I’ve done all the troubleshooting tips. This game is broken.
