    Xbox Series X - crashes multiple times every use - Cannot submit ticket for service


    Hi all,

    Looking for help. My Xbox series X (purchased in April 2022) is crashing while playing multiple games.

    Crash = game/application quits to the xbox home screen and you have to re-load the game

    Frequency is every 30ish minutes, and getting worse.

    I worked through all the troubleshooting guides, speaking with the xbox gamer support system and now the last step is to send in the console for service but NOPE... the 'order service' feature is repeatedly CRASHING as well.

    The issue is persisting, yet through the great "contact us" link I'm not able to reach anyone to help. The contact us link is just a shortcut back to their troubleshooting guide. Requesting a "call" is UNAVAILABLE. Calling microsoft number sends you to a SUPPORT PAGE LINK and it's just a circle of no help and guides that aren't applicable to my problem.

    Any suggestions for finding help? I just need to send my dang unit in for repair.

    That's really strange, may I know if you already tried the offline update for your console?

    If yes, everything points to a repair order as you stated previously.

    Now, this started happening today? the issue with requesting a repair for your console

    If yes, may I know if you tried disabling any VPN, proxy, firewall service in case you have one?

    Or try using a different web browser/device?

    That's weird, the bug with the repair option via devices tab appears at the end of the process?

    Or as soon as you start it?

    Did you tried using a different address?

    Sometimes the callback option appears depending on which category you select, did you tried changing categories until you're able to see it?

    Your first link did not work. I'm not aware of any "offline update" for my console.

    The issue with requesting a repair for my console started on FRIDAY June 24th.

    Yes I am doing it via devices tab. I have tried using a different browser and device, both end up with this error message.
