    Xbox Series X Crash to Dashboard


    I've had an xbox series X for a while and now a lot of my games are crashing to dashboard. They include fortnite, Call of Duty, madden 22 and madden 23, gang beasts, and Monster Hunter Rise. I have tried to do a factory reset where I keep the games, and i have tried to do a factory reset where I've reset it where it removes the games. I don't understand why it crashes on these games but I don't seem to have problems without Elden Ring, Forza, Destiny or other games that seem to be the same kind of graphic level. It's out of warranty and Microsoft wants me to pay $300 to repair it which is crazy since the console really only costs I think 500 I've had game pass ultimate since I've had it it just seems like Microsoft doesn't want to support their systems. What are my options here because right now I have a giant paper weight and if I want to play Fortnite or Madden, which my kids do want to, I might as well just go buy PS5.

    Did you get a resolution ? I've just received a brand new xbox series x back, date on the back is 4th June 2021. (last xbox series x died)

    Every game I load results in xbox restarting or crash to the dashboard

    Same problem for me. Series X, Alpha Skip Ahead. As soon as an Hulu tries to load an ad, it crashes to the dashboard. I have reported it through the console too.

    Halo infinite was hard crashing a lot for me at launch but then seemed to work perfectly through December and now after the most recent update I’m back to crashing almost every game. The game even crashes in the main menu sometimes. Half the time it crashes to Xbox dashboard half the time it shuts the whole Xbox off. I’m on a series x. I’ve done all the troubleshooting tips. This game is broken.
