    Xbox Series X Controller not working on certain games


    Hi,

    I'm using the xbox series X controller for windows 10 PC.

    On a number of games, the controller does not work correctly.

    On Tekken 7, pressing one button will activate 2 (e.g. i press A and A and B are automatically pressed, making it impossible to punch using A). I've checked the button config tool in the game and this confirms it. I've started a thread on Steam Support and
    this doesn't seem to be limited to Tekken - people are reporting the same issue with Soulcalibur and Injustice.

    I've also noticed an issue on FIFA 21, through Origin. The controller seems to continually scroll up/down without any input from myself, making it impossible to select anything on a menu accurately.

    Any advice welcome - very frustrating issue!

    Edit - The controller works fine in-game for FIFA 21. No issues whatsoever when playing a match, it seems to be an issue in the menu only. My old wired xbox 360 controller works fine - the new controller seems to be the issue.

    My controller stop working too series x , factory controller .     Thank you for the promp response. No, it is not via bluetooth. I only play with the controller on a cable into the xbox. I do not play wireless. What is odd, as I explained earlier, my options button is not working at all, and it seems over sensitive when not in a game. It is very annoying as I cant select certain things due to this, and in game I can not access certain functions, as the option button is not working at all. Im on an Xbox Series X with an Elite V2 Controller

    The Xbox Series X controllers will work on Xbox One consoles, and the Xbox One controllers (including the Elite/Elite V2) will work on Xbox Series X too.
