Xbox Series X Controller - Can’t Create a Return

My Xbox Series X controller has started to experience really bad stick drift. I’ve tried creating a return but when I’m creating the return I always see an error message when selecting my address. I tried creating a ticket with Microsoft through their chat bot which said an agent would call me within 1 minute, it’s been 3 hours and still no call. Has anyone had these issues with Xbox/Microsoft’s returns process? If so does anyone have any suggestions what I can do next? Seems almost like they’re just trying to put you off returning the item lol.

The controller is also only 3 months old, it’s been registered with Microsoft and is still in warranty. Seeing stick drift already is very poor, especially when a replacement would set you back £55.

Hi Jesse thanks for the reply.

I’ve tried using that link but there isn’t any phone numbers to call or a support email. Everything just takes me to the chatbot who sets up a call which I never receive.

Of course, i’m on an Xbox Series X and the problem still persists when I use the controller when plugged in via USB. And how do I check my controller for updates when I can’t navigate any menus?
