Xbox Series X Controller Blinks Twice

any fixes? did you have to buy a new controller?

I have the same problem and I tried everything I could think of such as switching to new batteries or updating the controller, but mine stopped working even when plugged in, it just blinks twice and fades alittle, then my friend had the same problem so it's probably a problem with the board connection or sum. I'm not willing to buy a new controller but I might have to at this point.

for some reason, i had to completely shut down the console for it to stop. i guess it's the xbox's way of saying it needs to be shut down without scaring the average user with a "red ring of death" 🤣
