    X/S is for Xbox Series S and Xbox Series X, these are the new gen consoles, a lot of new games are now being released on the newer consoles only, and that game is one of them. you will need to request a refund from your purchase history.

    The Xbox one Family consist of

    Xbox One

    Xbox One S

    Xbox One X

    these consoles are technically old and becoming obsolete.

    This game is not available for the Xbox One S. It's only available for latest Series S or Series X consoles. You'll need to request a refund.

    No such thing as an Xbox One Series X. The Xbox One family of consoles has an S and an X but are still just Xbox Ones. You need the Series family of consoles. The Xbox Series S or Xbox Series X. These are different from Xbox One S or Xbox One X.

    The "One" and "Series" are the console types.

    Did you order it directly from the Microsoft Store online?

    Check your refund option via your account order history on https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders by looking at your Xbox console order. There may be an option or menu to return it.
