Xbox series x connected to WiFi yet Xbox network unavailable?

I see, can you please select 'Test network speed & statistics' in the settings and send over a photo of the test results?

If possible, I recommend trying a wired connection as well to see if the same problem occurs.

Also, are you using the stock router provided by Virgin Media? If so, is it a Hub 5, Hub 4, or Hub 3?

Are you getting any error messages or error codes? Try to provide screenshots if possible. Also, please let me know what solutions you've tried so far, so I don't repeat anything to you.

I’m getting no error codes or messages. I have tried pretty much everything. The problem first started a couple of days ago and it started with the date, time and region being reset to factory default settings. I completely wiped my Xbox hoping it would solve the Xbox network issue but once I’d managed to get it back up and running again the same issue was there, I cannot connect to the Xbox network despite having a full WiFi signal.





I’ve tested the network connection and it’s all good, but there’s absolutely no multiplayer connection. My Xbox is essentially online, without being online.

The xbox series x/s is completely incapable of connecting to hidden wifi networks. There are various tricks/hacks people are using which may or may not work, but it is not supported natively.

I cannot connect to hidden wifi networks. It will not find my ssid when manually entered.
