    Xbox Series X Colour damage


    I came home today and turned my console on to discover a totally pink screen. Since it has been turned on and off a couple of times and comes up with pink black and green speckles over every outline and every colour shade is off. The TV works fine for everything else and I've tried 2 brand new hdmi cables that had the same effect. Is there a work around i need to do or do I need to contact Microsoft to get the Xbox replaced?

    Hi ShalomZakie

    Power off the TV, console and AVR if your using one and turn them on in this order...

    TV first, then AVR and then console last of all.

    Have you also tried a different port on your tv? Just trying to eliminate other sources of issues.

    Hello there. If you have no problem with other devices such as TV receiver and have tried other Cable try to unplug the power cable from the Xbox for at least 5 minutes. if it doesnt work please contact Microsoft
