    Xbox Series X Clips Trouble.


    Hi there! I'm having trouble trimming video clips that I've taken on my Xbox Series X. It won't allow me to. Also, there is no audio with those video clips which is very odd. I have all the capture settings adjusted to my personal preferences. Any help would be great! Thank you!

    Hello PCGC,

    Sorry to hear you are having trouble with your game clips. Remember that you can only trim clips that were created on the same Xbox console. If you've uploaded a clip from a different console, you have to trim it from the same one.

    For the sound issues, it may be due to your chosen audio settings. Under Settings, then General, and then Volume & Audio Output, check what your Headset Format is. If it's Dolby Atmos or Windows Sonic, try going back to Stereo Uncompressed. (Another paid alternative is DTS Headphone).

    I have just received my replacement Xbox Series X and this one has the exact same problem as my first one, ie:bad playback of clips recorded from my FS 2020 and TSW sims (see discussion with moderater Mateus Fortuna on the first Xbox series X) plus with this one has no sound (sometimes) and it cant trim the clips, i have put a clip on you You Tube again (taken from a 4k 60hz TV)
