Xbox Series X cannot stop from scrolling up how can I fix it?

Please disconnect all accessories. Make sure that there are no external devices (like keyboards or other USB accessories) connected to the Xbox Series X that might be causing unintended input.

And then inspect controllers. Even though you've tried multiple controllers, check if the issue persists when using the Xbox app on your phone as a remote control. This can help confirm whether the problem is hardware-related or software-related.

Next is to update firmware. Kindly check if your console and controllers have the latest firmware updates because an outdated software can cause input issues.

Due to the complexities of the Series S and X and how they work, Series X/S games can only be played from either the internal drive or the official expansion card. Game drives can only play older games, from XBox One and back. You can store Series X/S games on the drive, just cannot run them from it

This is not a hardware related issue. My profile cannot connect on any X360 game from any of my Xboxes (Xbox Series X, Xbox One X, Xbox 360).

Ive done most of the fixes here. It seems I can connect via my Hotspot so weirdly must be an ISP or router issue. I need to figure out how to port forward, maybe that will solve it.

This way the Xbox is getting up to handle the new addon for Xbox One and XBox series X.

You can change the menu layout.

Push the big middle X logo on controller,

Scroll to your profile &System

Scroll down to Customized Guide Tabs (right above settings)

this way you can change it the way you want it to be.

It is on Xbox, and after I resume the stopped installation, it stops after a few seconds with the same message "installation stopped".

Yeah, as I said, I had that happen with a disc and no clue how to fix it.

The only thing I can think of is to cancel the installation and try again...I had an issue with installing some DLC on my Series X as it just would not download...ended up cancelling the DLC, uninstalling the game then reinstalling and it worked.

Beyond that, I guess a hard reset may be an option (no clue how to do it though)..not sure though as I am far from a console expert having only recently bought a console after years away
