Xbox Series X bumper design is bad.

• Please scroll down and check the lower left of the page and make sure it matches your country/region.
  
• Scroll up and check the Contact Times of the support for available hours.

• Select the following drop-down menu options in the following order:
  
• What are you having trouble with? - "Hardware & Network"
  
• What's the issue? - "Warranty Service Repair"
  

The third box will ask you to describe your issue. We suggest something along the lines of "Repair controller." and then select the "Next" button. The next window will provide you with support articles based on your request and we recommend reviewing the relevant articles before selecting the "See contact options" button.

On the final window, you will be presented with multiple options. We suggest selecting either the "Chat online" or the "Request a call" options to speak with someone. Be sure to provide as much detail as possible.

I can't find one designed for series x controller. They are all for xbox one controller and don't fit series x controller properly.

This works as of so far. Go to console settings, then go to system info.

Do this series of keys to reset it.

Left trigger, right trigger

X,Y

Left bumper, right bumper

X, X

Up on d-pad, down on d-pad

The bumpers on my launch day Series 1 Elite Controller finally broke a few months ago. Was disappointed that an otherwise perfectly functioning controller (never had the grip issue with mine) was rendered useless because of the poor design of the bumpers.
All the development that went into the Elite and no effort was made to improve this inherent weakness in all Xbox One controllers. I repaired it myself with a replacement bumper from ebay. Never had bumper issues with any of my 360 controllers.
