    I have 2 Xbox's Xbox One and Xbox Series X.

    Every so often I have to restart the router. When I do this the old Xbox works fine after the router is booted up but the Xbox Series X doesn't.

    The Xbox Series X needs to be rebooted for the connection to become active again which seems it's not ideal.

    I have tried connecting manually and ran through the troubleshooting guide on Xbox Series X but nothing works.

    Only restarting the Xbox does the connection become active again which really I shouldn't need to do.

    Can someone add this to their bug list or advise the appropriate team please.

    My Xbox disconnects from the wifi every night at 1am and won’t connect back for a few hours.

    I'll tell you the truth right now, this is simply a bug in the xboxs code. I've gone through 3 xbox series x's and they all have the same issue. After about 1am to midnight it stops connecting to any and all networks and the only way to fix till 1am the next day, is to restart the console (hold xbox button on controller and select restart console..) as far as I know, this bug has been around since the series x came out and Microsoft either hasn't figured out what causes it, they don't know it's a bug, or they just don't care. Either way, its annoying as hell and needs to be fixed. Legitimately this is basically the ONLY gripe I have with my xbox, that and that the wifi card in it is slowww

    I’m not sure how to reach these settings, but I’m quite certain it is not an issue with my router. My series x has worked for months before now, and all other devices on the network are working, including my Xbox one and Xbox one x. I have been having this issue since roughly the time that my series x last updated, is it possible that the issue is an overlooked bug in the series x OS?

    • Changing my NAT Type from Moderate to Open

    • Disconnecting and reconnecting my Battlenet ID from my Xbox account

    • Port forwarding ports from Overwatch 2 directly to my router

    • Restarting my Xbox Series X

    • Deleting and reinstalling Overwatch 2

    • Restarting my router

    None of these things have worked whatsoever

    My wife just got me the same system last week and as of yesterday I've been experiencing this issue. Unplugging the router and plugging it back in after doing that and restarting the whole console it seems to work a few times after that but apparently it's a major issue for a ton of others Xbox series X consoles
