xbox series x booting up and after 20 secs it shuts off tv screen stays black nothing happens

May I ask if you have already tried booting your console to the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter? like this:

- Turn your console off and unplug it for 30 seconds.
- Plug your console back into the outlet.
- While the console is off, press and hold the BIND and EJECT buttons.
- Without letting go of them, press the power button once (do not hold).
- Continue holding BIND and EJECT for 15 seconds or until you hear a second boot-up tone.

* The BIND button is the one used to link controllers to your console and the EJECT button is the one used to eject disc games.

Yes i have tried unplugging and then wait but it doesnt help also the screen stays black nothing happens no image the only thing my xbox does is the cooling fan spins for a few seconds and then turns off and after that the whole console turns off i also tried plugging it in other outlets also doesn't work...

If you don't mind, I'd appreciate it if you could answer the following questions:

- Do you have any external devices plugged into your console's expansion card or USB ports?

- Is your console plugged directly into one of the wall outlets? in some cases having a console plugged into an extension cord, power strip, surge protector, or similar devices, can cause this kind of problem.

- Does your console display any image during the few seconds it's staying on?

- Have you already tried unplugging your console for a few minutes? 5 - 10 minutes should be more than enough.

I recently got my Series X, same thing happens, remote play doesnt work when TV is off, after spaceship loading screen, it goes to black screen, then after a minute or so, it disconnects.

Only difference for me is that, PC, Android and iOS doesnt work.

When TV is on, it works perfectly, what gives?

Microsoft haven't said it is. I believe the green Xbox One startup screen will stay, and the Xbox Series X/S will get the new Xbox boot up screen.
