Xbox series x blu-ray and netflix playback

Hi,

Having recently brought a new series x I am now having trouble playing blu-ray disc and watching content via netflix, when trying to play a blu-ray disc it comes up with error "Disc stopped. Make sure your TV's HDMI input supports HDCP rights management. If not, try plugging your xbox into a different TV input (0x9d7000a)" now I have tried every HDMI connection on my TV and still get the same error, with netflix I have audio but no picture, yet amazon video and YouTube will play okay with no issues, everything worked fine on my old xbox one

Nope, no new updates since I have had my new xbox, actually the last update my tv had was back in 2015 I think and that's the latest update

Now that's interesting, I have dug out my old Samsung lcd TV, way older than my current TV, its not even 4k and everything works fine, so why does it not work on my much newer TV?

I might try a factory reset on my tv, you never know

then the only thing i can think off is the series x you have just does not like the hdcp handshake on your newer tv. its is defo a weird issue.
