    Xbox Series X automatically turns off when I load any game.


    Is anyone else having this problem? Ive tried everything to fix it but nothing works.

    I've only had it for a couple of months. I guess I was just unlucky and received a faulty one. Thank you for your time.

    It's really not normal and I suggest to request for a service while it's still under warranty.

    No worries, everything will be fine. I totally understand that you are having issues with the console. No worries, I have here the link to request a service for your console, make sure to register it first:

    Once registered, click show details then Start a service online.

    I can't really guarantee anything but everything is fine with my console though. Have you tried doing a factory reset? Are you also part of the Xbox insider?

    Hey Pam. No I do not have an external hard drive. I've tried doing that though. I also reset my xbox, made sure its connected directly to the power outlet, and many other things. Many people are having the same problem. Do you know if any update will be releasing soon to fix this problem?
