    (XBOX Series X) Audio/Video out of sync when I play a video from all streaming services....


    I know that Xbox is mainly about gaming, however if Microsoft is allowing services such as Netflix to be on the Xbox platform, then they need to equally pay attention to audio/video streaming from content services such as Netflix.

    My issue:

    • When streaming videos from a streaming service, the audio/video is out of sync with each other. This happens when playing through my TV speakers as well as through my soundbar.
    • This is HDMI playback
    • My TV is a Samsung 55-inch QN85B Neo QLED 4K HDR Smart TV (2022)
    • My sound bar is the Bowers and Wilkins Panorama 3 Dolby Atmos soundbar

    • What have I done to diagnose the issue?
      • Spoke to Samsung Tech support and they ended up asking me to contact Microsoft about this issue.
      • The "Digital Audio Output Delay" in my TV's settings does not help
      • I turned off all components and unplugged them from the electrical outlet which included Xbox, TV, Soundbar, Router and modem.
      • I disconnected all cables (audio/Video/WI-FI and Ethernet), then I reset everything back to factory defaults and re-setup everything.

    As you can see, nothing helps.

    Why is my Series X having audio issues?

    Audio issues here but only when streaming movies and shows on Prime Video and Disney Plus so far. The Series X sucks. The One X is/was better.

    Thanks for reaching out here in Xbox Forums. I understand there is an issue with video and audio out of sync while streaming on Mixer. To help clarify, are you on a PC or streaming from your Xbox?

    If you are streaming from PC, many settings come into factor, from the streaming program, the audio and video layer, network latency and bitrate variable. If you would like more information, I recommend trying to reach out to

    These were the system errors I was getting E200 000000EF 00000000 and E105 00000000 8007045D. My Xbox One X would freeze and it the loading screen for the Xbox One X chip video would be lagging and out of sync with audio and video. I would also get something
    went wrong errors and syncing problems.

    Xbox static boot up screen and green with streaming Videos.

    You know the little short video that plays on an xbox one x before the xbox green screen logo? Thats when its static/snowy. Then it shows the normal xbox logo. When trying to use any video streaming app is when all i see is green screen with audio.

    I tried what you suggested, it went to 680x680 like you said but it only dispayed the static/snowy screen in lower quality and still experienced the green screen with audio only on netflix and hulu.
