    Xbox Series X Audio Crackling and Static


    A little while ago I was having hardware issues with my series X, so I had sent it in and got a replacement, only to now have a new problem to deal with. So yeah, I'm reasonably upset.
    Audio is crackling and popping, and it appears to be the console itself. I was even able to get a recording of it as well if you wanna take a listen.

    You hear that static at the end of every double jump? That's the problem I'm dealing with, and it appears to show up in every game I play. It's a little annoying to have to listen to if I'm being honest.
    Looking for some advice, and hopefully a solution.

    Guess that update didn't work. I just got a Series X about 2 weeks ago. There are often audio crackles, pops, or static while navigating the dashboard. I can't believe this hasn't been fixed yet. My first Xbox since 360, and this is what I get😡. Microsoft, fix this problem!

    - Is your console enrolled in the Xbox Insider program?

    - Is this happening on both TV and headphone audio?

    - Are you using an HDMI hub/splitter?

    - Besides your TV, do you have other external devices plugged into your console?

    Red Dead Redemption jerky when playing.

    Since the August 1st 2016 update. Red Dead Redemption has had terrible frame rate drops and extremely choppy game play.

    Also the audio has a ton of static when navigating. Crackling etc.
