    Xbox series X as a game server


    Can you use a single xbox series x to create a game server for multiple windows 10 computers in a private environment? I am looking for a way to create a private gaming environment for my office. Can we use a single Xbox Series X as a game server and then allow different users to log in from their Windows 10 or 11 computers to play games against eachother? This would be very cool for small offices like mine. No more than 10 to 15 users at one time.

    Forza Horizon 4 won't connect to online session, but does connect to The Trial and Playground games

    I don't know if these server problems are related to the updates they do for the game.

    I remember not long after I installed the game on my Xbox series x last year it received an update a day or 2 later and I started getting a server error message on my Xbox series x yet on my Xbox one x the game played fine without an error message.

    The Xbox Live servers for the Xbox 360 are currently down. This is also affecting Backward compatible games on the XBox One and Xbox Series X|S. No ETA yet on a fix.

    I mean I get if the os in the servers is different but you cant tell me its impossible because the s.o.c architecture that runs in the xbox series x is also the same one that is in the Azure servers to the point Xbox said one xbox series x is basically able to run 4 xbox one virtual instances at the same time....and the only difference in a server setting is that those machines could potentially have more ram like xbox series dev kits but aside from that it should totally be possible

    The only reason I don’t think Xbox 360 servers will be shut down anytime soon, even after series X comes out, is that you still have games that I’ve just been added to backwards compatibility and those games will continue on when series X comes out. A
    lot of the backwards compatible games have multiplayer elements that need servers so it wouldn’t be a good idea to shut down games you just released.

    It's a server problem from their side as I get that error now and again as well.

    For me, it sometimes happens on my Xbox Series X after they update the game.
