Xbox Series X and LG Issues part 2

Posting this again as it was my fault this one was blocked: Xbox series X and LG C2 problems. - Microsoft Community

I was following up on the issues from this thread. Microsoft started a ticket 3 months ago and I hadn't had a response so decided to try and talk to someone about it again. When I got through to an agent- I linked the above thread to explain to him the problem, despite the case number being stated- surprise surprise the thread was locked within 5 minutes.

Now on to support:

The first agent Gerald: 'With this, Jon I am actually from accounts and billing team and I am for Xbox subscriptions. But this one is for our hardware team which I can actually transfer you directly to them for you to have the right team for your case. Would that be okay for you?'

Then I get bounced back to accounts to Leynette: '

'After reviewing your case, it appears that the previous representative attempted to transfer you to our Hardware department, but you were inadvertently redirected back to the Microsoft Xbox accounts and billing team. I apologize for the confusion. To rectify this, I would like to facilitate your connection with our Hardware team once more. Would that be, okay?'

Then I get bounced to Earl Joshua- oh in accounts again. He offers to put me through to hardware- I get Elijah, from accounts- he'll put me through. No waiting in line for 30mins even though 'im next in line'.

Shocking.
