Xbox series x and laptop gaming

OK so I have a question is it possible to connect my xbox series x console to my laptop but also connect my laptop to my TV at the same time. I want to know because I want to play computer exclusive games on my tv with an actual game controller. I want to know cause I can't play games on the computer because I can't use a keyboard and mouse cause I suck not only that but most games I want to play are usually on the ps5 and ps4 but they are also on the laptop as well so that's why I want to be able to play computer games on the TV but also with an xbox series x controller because it would be easier to play and more comfortable. Also I meant to ask but is it possible to play computer exclusive games on the Xbox series x if I connect it to my computer and TV if I can that would be great to know. Also I'm asking cause I don't want to do this if it doesn't work. So please please please tell me if it does work. I mean I've been looking everywhere for answers but no matter what I search or how I search it nobody is talking about it they only talk about connecting them to a computer and not a big screen TV they don't talk about the things I want to know

Xbox series x,purchased about 2 months ago (for starfield of course). I ve always been on the gaming laptop but made the move to xbox X as games would be made to suit it, rather than upgrading my hardware every 3 months

That's not possible. Most of the laptops has an output HDMI port this applies to the Xbox as well. That means you can only mirror the laptop screen to a TV (the TVs are the ones that use HDMI "in" for the ports)

Obsessive Power

If you want to play PC games then you need to play them on your PC. If your PC isn't good enough then you'll need to buy one that is. You can't play PC games on a Series X.

Both my self assembled PC gaming tower and my Series X are connected to my new LG C2 OLED. I use either my Xbox Series X controller or my 8bitdo Pro+ for most single player PC games. You're not restricted to keyboard and mouse for PC games for the most part.

i wouldnt attempt to run it on any laptop. This is a high end applicstion, laptops are designed for office work. Even “gaming” laptops are heat nightmares.

If you want tomolay this game, you need abiut a thousand dollar desktop

Or wait for Xbox Series X on November 10, preorders start in thr 22. That is the cheapest solution, though we dont know when the xbox version will arrive.

The scenario goes like this:

Purchased xbox series controller;

Connected and updated series controller on laptop;

Attempted to play a game on laptop;

Controller input is not present;

In some games the controller doesn't appear in the setup;

In some games the controller registers but the inputs are incorrect, sometimes the z-axis registers as a button (x button) and not a movement;

Connected controller to tablet and mobile phone and controller input is fine;

Is the problem my games or my controller firmware not syncing with the games?

Is there a fix?
