    Xbox Series X - Achievement and 3rd Party Purchase Issues


    Hello community!

    While I have been blown away by my Xbox Series X there are some issues that I am seeing:

    Assassins Creed Valhalla: Achievements are not unlocking correctly? Some individual ones seemed to unlock, but there are 3-4 achievements I have completed multiple times which are not unlocking at all.

    Fortnite: When booting up the game, it tells me an error message that XBOX purchases could not be validated.

    Does anyone know if this is an issue with XBOX or maybe even know a fix?

    The Series X's posted on the Walmart site for $800+ are 3rd party sellers, not Walmart themselves.....in the same way that 3rd parties sell products on, say, Amazon...Amazon themselves don't dictate the prices

    I have had the exact same issue with several series X controllers. I love the feel and shape of these controllers but the face button issue has me buying 3rd party controllers until this gets fixed.

    3rd party store? Where exactly? Honestly, I don't know what stores. And it supposes to be digital download (not physical CD copy) because I own Xbox Series S, not X.

    If you bought the game from Xbox, then that would be on the account the game was bought with, unless you purchased the game as a gift. If you purchased from a 3rd party vendor, eg Amazon, or other 3rd party, then you would need to contact them about the issue.
