Xbox series x 1tb space version

my xbox x over heats doesn't matter what game im playing its the 1tb version it keeps telling me to keep it ventilated but i have a cooler system top and bottom designed for cooling but anyway it doesn't show what type of error it is just says to keep ventilated, sometimes shutdown as part of the corruption failsafe, but the centre of the xbox is hot to the touch after 15 minutes of running any type of game im probably not going to keep it plugged in at all in case of a fire im not sure if its still under warranty or not but yeah i made a backup of my files for the console probably just going to drop the service altogether if i can't game on the box

if you have external fans attached to the system I would recommend you immediately remove them. There is no additional cooling required for any Xbox, and the static pressure inside is designed for its existing complement of fans. You should look and see if those fans are running because you may have burned them out with your external fans. If so you will have to send it in for repair

An SSD provides more storage space not memory and yes you will be able to use it to store Xbox One and games for Xbox 360. Xbox Series X games are required to be on the internal SSD storage or the add on 1TB SSD storage that plugs into the unit.

you cant really call the series x a power upgrade, it is ancient in the tech world now. people might also be happy with the series s but want the black 1tb version instead.

Good afternoon.

I have a 1TB SSD installed in the back of my Series X, the official one. The setup was seamless as it was when I added one to my wife's Series S a while back.

The issue is that the Game Pass app for iOS doesn't recognise that my series X has the extra storage. So when I am trying to install games via the app I am being asked to make space, when I have tons left.

No such issues with the series S, the extra space is recognised.

1. The Series X comes with 1TB. The Series S comes with 512GB.

2. That may be the Series S which is smaller than the Series X.
