If not I would recommend trying that.

Also I would recommend trying the factor reset again but follow the steps below:

1. Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.
   
2. Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info > Reset console.
   
3. On the Reset your console? screen, you'll need to use this one.
   
   • Reset and keep my games & apps. Use this option as your first choice when troubleshooting. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps. In some cases, if a corrupted game file is causing the issue you're troubleshooting, you may have to choose Reset and remove everything.

The error message your getting means your out of storage i would try and delete some storage were possible and try again if this issue still happens i would recommend doing a factor reset

Try deleting some old saved games. A soft factory reset can also help settings>system>console info>reset console>reset console by keeping games and apps.

The error could also be a problem with the cloud saving space. Try disconnecting from the internet and then see if you can save. Allowed cloud storage space is based on the number of games owned. Again, the solution would be to delete old save games. Games like skyrim and fallout are notorious for having a large save list.

With issues like these, we'd recommend trying some basic troubleshooting steps such as a soft factory reset to the Xbox One, this Keeps all Games & Apps so you will not have to reinstall any of your games. It will remove all accounts from the console so if there is more than one account added to the console make sure that you have the email and password so that you are able to log back into them.

Hi There,

I too have been experiencing the error message 0x80830003 and I have tried every recommendation I have seen. Including a factory reset yet I am still getting this message on my Series X, I don't have this issue on my One X. I feel extremely disappointed as I have upgraded consoles but am getting more issues than I ever had with last gen. Some help would be much appreciated. As your Twitter support seems rather useless at responding.
