Xbox series s/x(windows version)/Microsoft windows gaming console?

It's not going to happen. The Current Series X price is only possible because Microsoft have chosen to make a significant loss on the sale of the hardware. They actually make any profit selling the console itself, the rest of the money comes from games licensing, Xbox Live subscriptions and digital game sales.

If MS was to make a console to match Series X hardware that ran a full version of Windows 10 it would be priced at the very least around the $700-$800 range. Even then there's little incentive to do make such a machine since a user would simply buy all or most of their games from Steam, EPIC, EA or Gog and Microsoft does not make any money for PC content that it doesn't publish. Also, online gaming is free which removes another revenue stream.

If you want to play PC games you'll need a gaming PC.

Most games launched for both the Xbox One and Series S/X consoles if installed on a Series S/X console will just download and update the necessary files to run optimized to the Series S/X console.

Now F1 2022 has two versions: the Standard Xbox One version and the Series S/X version. I'm not really sure, but I think the Standard Xbox One version will not update to the optimized Series S/X as it is a different game version.

Do you have the Standard Xbox One version?

The digital version Flight Simulator 2020 is an Xbox Play Anywhere title, this means that if you purchase it on the Microsoft Store or Windows Store it can be installed on both systems.

I'm afraid if your Laptop does not meet the minimum spec it won't work on your device. If you buy an Xbox Series X or Series S and use the same account you can install and play it on there.

Note: The console must be a Series X or S. MSFS2020 is not compatible with the older Xbox One, Xbox One S, or Xbox One X

The Xbox One S is a variant of the Xbox One console. Xbox Series X/S is the newer generation of consoles. Xbox Series X/S enhanced games are only for the newest consoles not the Xbox One S. You would need to purchase the Xbox One version of the games not the X/S version of them.
