    XBOX SERIES S|X Disconnection Issue


    They said in the last update that this would be fixed I just got my xbox series x in January 28th 2021, and every time I play PUBG (PLAYER UNKNOWN BATTLEGROUNDS), or HITMAN 3, my headset (XBOX SERIES S|X WIRELESS HEADSET/MICROSOFT BRAND), and both my series x controllers disconnect frequently and my headset bugs out, it'll cut out in and out every 5 minutes or less. All accessories are fully charged every day. Tried throb USB still does it. It's the consoles software bug. It needs to be fixed or I'm gonna be forced to sell it and go back to Playstation 5, never had one issue with it but came back to xbox to play with my buddies.

    Is this shown as a message or error somewhere? If so is it on the Xbox itself or the router settings?

    Is your Series X connected wirelessly or wired? Does the issue persist if you disconnect your Xbox One S from the network?

    Xbox Wireless Headset keeps breaking up/disconnecting from Series X

    I have the same issue.

    Controller and headset both disconnect or have some sort interference. Never had a problem on my Xbox One or Series S. But the problem is persistent on Series X.

    Have tried all sorts of things like disabling all wifi and getting a new router. Nothing helps.

    No such thing as an Xbox One Series X. The Xbox One family of consoles has an S and an X but are still just Xbox Ones. You need the Series family of consoles. The Xbox Series S or Xbox Series X. These are different from Xbox One S or Xbox One X.

    The "One" and "Series" are the console types.
