    Xbox series s/x app opening issue


    I tried opening the Xbox Series S/X on my TV. After switching sources, I clicked the home button on my controller as instructed. However, the app kicked me out. How can I fix this issue?

    Based on my experience i was had the same problem than are you telling me, this was what i tried to solve my problem i hope this help you too.

    Check for Updates:

    TV Software: Ensure your TV has the latest firmware updates installed. Outdated software can cause compatibility issues.
    Xbox App: Check for updates within the Xbox app itself or through your TV's app store.

    Restart and Reconnect:

    Power Cycle: Turn off your TV, Xbox console, and router for at least 30 seconds, then turn them back on.
    Re-pair Controller: If using a wireless controller, re-pair it with your console.

    Clear App Cache and Data:

    Find Cache/Data Settings: Access the app settings on your TV and look for options to clear cache and data for the Xbox app.
    Clear Data: Proceed with caution, as clearing data might erase your login information or preferences.

    Reinstall the App:

    Uninstall: If the above steps don't work, uninstall the Xbox app from your TV and reinstall it from the app store

    I have actually checked the known issue list for the Xbox Series X|S. If you're using a next-gen console please use the Xbox App instead.
