Xbox series s won't update even with the offline update

So last night i turned on my series s and it said it was time to update but the update never started

(It showed error 0x80190194)

I left it for 1 hr and nothing so i looked into what could be causing it and i thought it to be the insider program and i opted out of the program in the insider app on my computer but it still doesnt update

Talked to xbox support and they told me to factory reset and so i did

Now the first update doesn't start and the offline update with the OSU1 doesnt start and shows the E101 error

So completely out of options i ask if any of you had this same situation and if so how did you fix it

Hi there. I own an Xbox X series and an Xbox S series. The s series for about a week has had the new update but my X still is the old dashboard. How can I have 2 Xboxs in the same household with different updates going on. If an update is being launched it should be sent out to everyone at the exact same time globally. This doesn't even make sense.

The Xbox Offline System Update (OSU) process allows you to update your console by downloading a file to a USB flash drive and then installing that file directly onto your Xbox Series S console. This is the process I'm referring to:

I advise that you try to perform an offline system update.

The Xbox Offline System Update (OSU) process allows you to update your console by downloading a file to a USB flash drive and then installing that file directly onto your Xbox Series X|S or Xbox One console.

To use the Offline System Update, you'll need:
A Windows-based PC with an Internet connection and a USB port.
A USB flash drive with a minimum 6 GB of space formatted as NTFS.

This is more than likely the power brick has failed. Same thing happened to my x360 and the reason I updated to Xbox one X. Time to update to a new console I suggest.

Either the next gen Series S/X models or XBox one S/X.

You won't look back, but will wonder why you didn't update earlier.
