    Xbox series S won’t load any games


    So I have a series S that was working fine and I didn’t use it for a while and now it won’t load any games except for 360 games. I can use apps like Netflix and Hulu too but when I try to load into a game it shows the splash screen of the game for a few seconds and then quits back to the Home Screen. I have tried everything I can find online and nothing works. I don’t understand how a relatively new console all of a sudden can’t play any of the games I bought for it. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    Hello thank you for the advice. I followed the instructions and it did not work. I got the error code 0x80070570 let me know if there is something else that can be done. This makes me quite sad. Thank you for the help

    I will be glad to help you.

    Go to your network settings and in advanced options change the DNS to primary 8.8.8.8 and secondary 8.8.4.4

    Remove your account from the console

    Press and hold the power button on the console until the Xbox turns off completely.

    When the indicator lights on the front panel of the Xbox turn off, unplug the power cord from the back of the Xbox.

    Wait at least 30 seconds.

    Reconnect the Xbox console and turn it back on.

    Re-enter your account and test if the error persists.
