Xbox Series S will not go past the start-up screen?

My Xbox Series S shut off one night unexplained. I had watched a movie, turned it off, and when I woke up the next morning, it did not work. The Xbox Series S did turn on, but it would only show the start up screen before turning off.

Now, about a year later, I’ve taken the Xbox Series S and attempted to turn it on. It does the same thing, but I have also noticed that the power button blinks twice, pauses, and repeats.

What does this mean? What could have gone wrong? I had this Xbox for only 5 months fresh out of the box before this happened.

No water/heat/dust damage, and it has been checked by multiple repair services with nothing found wrong. Not an HDMI problem as the picture is clear and crisp. Please help.
