Xbox series s will disconnect from wifi, already tried NAT, DNS, console reset, modem reset...

Seems like you already tried most of the troubleshooting steps. Does your console work with a wired connection? Can you also try connecting your Xbox series s to a different network? These steps are necessary to isolate if the console itself has problems with connecting in general or just one particular network.

Secondly, not sure why the Xbox will forget the DNS, have you done the below?

1) try putting in your modem's IP for the DNS.

2) - If connected by WiFi - Test disconnect + reconnect

2) - if using Ethernet - Unplug, turn off console, plug back in.

3) Test another Ethernet cable

3) Test another WiFi network name (2.4Ghz to 5Ghz) of vice versa

4) Reset the Xbox (Last resort)

I'm with Rogers. I pay for 100Mbps speed internet. My Xbox One S is wired to the modem. The modem is a Hitron 3.1, the latest model.

As far as troubleshooting:

Resetting the modem, new modem, wired connection, wifi connection, new ethernet cables, Xbox hard reset, Xbox factory reset, Alternate MAC clear, manual DNS, port forwarding, UPnP, DMZ, clearing blu-ray cache, full power cycle, manual IP, auto IP, static
IP.

Possibly try disconnecting some other devices? You could also try resetting the console and/or router (if not already), and try disconnecting and reconnecting from the internet on your console. On Xbox One, a hard reset usually fixes NAT type issues. But,
it could be an issue with your internet as well.

Who is your ISP? (Internet Service Provider):BT

Tried to fix by doing multiple: Manual factory resets (usb), factory resets, DNS (8,8,8,8/8.8.4.4),port forwarding for xbox live on xbox one s, reset modem,hard resets.

No tiles load on all screens. No video playback on Crunchyroll app & BBC i player app. Yet Youtube works fine.

Online gaming works fine so far as only tried Fifa 17.

Took xbox one s to retailer to get it checked, worked fine even on a stricted NAT type.

Any advice would be very welcome. Thank you
