Xbox Series S - WiFi/IP address Error

Greetings!

Is the Azurewave a combined modem with router built-in? Is is the only gateway connected to your Internet connection?

Are you using WPA2-PSK with AES encryption or TKIP?

Make sure UPnP (Universal Plug and Play) is enabled and that your Xbox network settings are set to obtain IP address and DNS automatic.

Apologies - it got pinged to the top by BudgetedMonk and I didn't look at the earlier datestamps.

@CosmicThoughts - This thread is over 6 month's old! I think the OP has sorted this out by now.

Sorry to have to have to bother you more. I've restored to factory defaults around 3 times now, it is no longer letting me access the "Additional Settings" tab, too. Unfortunately, I'm baffled by the first part of your reply, is there a more "guide for dummies"
explanation on how to do that?

I see that you stated "Cannot connect using a Static IP" are you creating an IP address that you want your Xbox to run on in your network settings? Or is it set to the Default auto-lookup for IP addressing?

Also If your getting a DNS error, if you got to your computer you may want to try doing an IP-release, then IP-renew via your command prompt to help generate new IP address for your computer and console to auto search for. Then try to reconnect.

If that doesn't work try these steps for resolving your DNS.

1. Press the Guide button on your controller, select Settings, and select
   System Settings.
2. Select Network Settings.
3. Select Wired Network or the name of your wireless network when the network list is displayed.
   
4. Select Configure Network.
5. On the Additional Settings tab, select Restore to Factory Defaults. When prompted, select
   Yes, Restore to Factory Defaults.

Note This resets the console's network settings only, and not other settings.

1. Turn off your console.
2. Turn on your console.
   
   Wireless only: You will receive a message to configure wireless settings. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect to your wireless network.
   

If this solution worked, your console will connect to Xbox LIVE.
