    Just bought my daughter a Xbox series S great looking but set it all up

    and theres a age ristricton on there ive put in ky date of birth ie 1975 and still wont let her dowload games .... please tell me why ive been on my microsoft took all ristrictions off still not allowing her

    Yes, i own the discs. They were for xbox 1

    I can't figure out why I can no longer play them on my xbox series s.

    It will not let me play any of them unless I resubscribe to game pass.

    So, if it doesn't recognize them as being owned, does that mean that I can no longer play them on the xbox series s console?

    Does it mean that I have to repurchase all of them as a digital download?

    Cloud Sync Not Working

    This moderator is clearly copying and pasting old data from the Xbox One days. This troubleshoot doesn’t work on Xbox Series X or S consoles.

    “Cloud saved games” isn’t an option anymore.

    I can’t find how to force a cloud sync. I can’t play Starfield on my other console in another room because the data won’t sync.

    What’s the point of cloud saving if it doesn’t actually save???
