Xbox series s warranty shows as being expired months before brand new purchase

The system is on my account, and had been since I bought it and signed into my Microsoft account for the first time, I only noticed yesterday that the warranty wasn't registered. After i did that was when i noticed the issue.

Again, it doesn't matter when you signed in. They only have the manufacture, not the sale date No one here can change your warranty

You need to file a ticket with support, and submit the recipes there

Gamestop is not connnected to Microsoft's system, and so cannot report when systems are sold to them to automatically change the date, as all they have to go on is the manufacture date . You'll have to contact support to have the system added to your account and the date altered. You'll need to provide your receipt
