Xbox Series S video memory error crashes

Hi, I Have a brand new Xbox Series S and my console crashes Assetto Corsa Competizione and shows a video memory error briefly on screen. I played the game for hours the other afternoon on multiplayer, with only a few people in the server, and the game ran fine. But the game has crashed every single time I try to run a single player race with 18 AI in it, which is default. Is there a fix for this or is this a problem on Assetto Corsa’s end? And yes, I have already rebooted and redownloading the game.

Its important to do the steps as requested, as the order I'm requesting has a reason, if you power cycle and after that you uninstall and reinstall don have the se result as what I'm requesting, but here it's a better version of that,

First uninstall the game and before installing again try to restore keeping games and apps, please be sure that you know your account email and password:

Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

On the Reset your console screen, you'll see three option use this one, be sure you remember the email and password of you're accounts:

Reset and keep my games & apps. Use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps. In some cases, if a corrupt game file is causing the issue you're troubleshooting, you may have to choose Reset and remove everything, but you should always start with Reset and keep my games & apps

I had already tried rebooting the Xbox and reinstalling the game. This was the first thing I did, as I have had Xbox’s for years and I know that is the first thing to do. I was actually able to run a practice session on the game last night but whenever I changed the session mode to race, it would crash. So I believe it may be a problem on the games’ end that may not be optimized

Try this please

Uninstall the game

Turn off the Xbox console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.

Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Plug the console power cable back in.

Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox

Install the game again

Hi!

If this issue your having is legitimately the Xbox running out of VRAM, I'm sorry to say there's nothing you can really do. What I would do is make sure everything is updated. Since VRAM cant be upgraded on an Xbox you would need to buy a higher end Xbox
