  1. Xbox Series S Unplugged

I just bought a brand new Xbox Series S, which I love. I switched the console from power saving mode to standby. Someone accidentally unplugged it while it was in standby. Will that hurt it? (If it helps, when I booted it back up, it worked fine and I didn’t see an alert of any kind)

    Thank you in advance

    :)

the worse that could happen is if the unit is downloading a game update and the power cuts, you may end up having to reinstall the game.

If you r fan isn't working properly the console will turn off for overheating or you will hear loud sounds that are not present during a normal conditions

Yes the console can be damaged if you unplugged while is being used

How to transfer xbox one games to series x?

You should be able to do that, yes:

    "Power down your Xbox One.

    1. Unplug the external drive.
    2. Connect the external drive to your Xbox Series X, S.
    3. Power on your Xbox Series X, S.
    4. Wait for the external drive to be detected. This may take a couple of minutes.
    5. When the drive is detected, you are free to copy any games you want onto the Xbox Series X, S internal storage."
