Xbox Series S - Someone using my account

Hello, my son's Xbox Series S is telling him that someone is signed into his account on another device and playing a game that he does not even have and keeps kicking him out. We have changed passwords etc, but this is still happening. Any ideas please how to stop this? Many thanks.

when you changed the password did it show the option to sign out of all devices, usually a tick box, if not change password via the microsoft account through a web browser.

So so long as I long into the Xbox Series S/X with my account, the one I use to buy the game, I download the game onto the console? I’m just making sure because the Xbox series S belongs to somebody else in my house hold, but I’m still able to use it even though it’s not mine. I was just trying to see if I logged into the series S with my account I could just download the game on there and then play it from there.

I got it working but I had to use my old xbox one instead of my new series s, and my series s was for some reason giving me american prices despite the fact im using the same account which is registered in canada and shows canadian prices on my xbox one

It seems to be a little more complicated with the Series s and x now as the account that to be set to home on the console that you'll use the most for other accounts to use some/all of the DLC.

My Series X is set to home on my main account and the other accounts can use any digital games and DLC no problem but on my Series S it's problematic to what DLC can be used since it's not my main accounts home console.
