Xbox Series S screen glitching

    Xbox Series S screen glitching


    My Xbox has a green screen glitching and I don’t know how to fix it! I tried factory resetting it with keeping the games and it still shows the green screen glitch I got this console about a month ago.

    I see, thank you for providing this photo. If it happens again, here's some things you can try:

    - Try a different HDMI cable, and plug the cable into a different HDMI port on your TV.

    - If possible, try plugging your Series S into a different display.

    - Reset your Xbox's display setting: turn off your console by holding the power button for 10 seconds, then press and hold the power button and pair button at the same time for 10 seconds. This will boot your console in low-resolution mode. To change back to the correct resolution, go to Settings > General > TV & display options, and then select the resolution that you want from the options under Display.

    I had a similar issue occur with my Series X once, and it never happened again after that, so it may just be a one-time issue. However if it does occur again you may try the above steps and get back in touch if you need further help.
