xbox series s rubberbanding/stuttering

I recently upgraded to an xbox series s and it gave me no problems until recently. It's rubberbanding/stuttering on every single game. My ping/latency isn't high, and my boyfriend has the same console connected to the same internet and he has no issues. I've reset my router, messed with the DNS settings, soft reset my xbox, hard restarted my xbox, cleared the cache, switched to an ethernet cord and yet the problem remains for only my console. It can't be an internet problem at this point since his runs perfectly fine playing the same games connected to the same internet as I am. We have our xboxes in the same room with the router and mine is the only one doing this. My xbox one never gave me any problems like this and it's really frustrating. I have tried every single troubleshoot available and nothing is working.

No it happens whether both consoles are on or not. This morning it was doing it when only my console was on, and I had him turn his on to see if it was doing it to his as well and it wasn't.

My network speed test results:

Download speed: 796.12 Mbps

Upload speed: 263.24

Packet loss: 0%

MTU: 1480

Latency: 64ms

In that case I'd recommend resetting your console, choosing to keep your games and apps.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.
Select Reset console > Reset and keep my games & apps

If this doesn't work, then your console may need to be repaired. You can request a repair from your Microsoft account's devices page: https://account.microsoft.com/devices

Are both Xbox consoles being used at the same time when this problem happens?

Please run a network speed test and provide an image of the result: Press the Xbox button on your controller. Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Network settings. Select Test network speed & statistics.

Your resolution may be the reason it's working. I run my Xbox Series S at 1440p and have capture stuttering like many people in this thread. Maybe the video compression works just fine if you're running your Xbox at 4k.

I got the new hdmi cable and I thought it was fine etc but its still having the issues and in fortnite public lobbys my frames drop to 80 occasionally
