Xbox series s reseted itself

Usually, your Xbox can be factory reset only if you select the option, MRYKBM. However, would I know if this procedure happened again, after reinstalling some games?

In addition to that, did you not know if maybe a friend or family member did this procedure without letting you know?

And my Xbox subscription ran out like 40 some days ago but when I went back to playing on the console I was able to access games online and everything without a subscription like call of duty modern warfare 2 I was able to play that online without an subscription to Xbox unlimited I normally have a subscription but I was away for 40 days then I upgraded my entertainment center in room unplugged it moved it and now all the sudden I can't access it I just was playing it the other day with no issues and then bam full factory reset on its own which made no sense log me onto every profile and I had to load all of my games and apps all back in and it set my home screen and everything back to its original way I have no idea why this happened and I expect this not to continue to happen or I go back to PlayStation

Most likely your console did a reset due to some sort of system error.

Although this happens rarely.

Is your console normal now?

If the gamescore is missing from games on the Xbox One or Series S/X it's a random glitch that happens occasionally and usually will fix itself on its own after a few days.

If it's from 360 games, it could be a gamerscore reset.

Just to confirm, are you an Insider program member who uses a preview build on your console? Or you only use the normal/public version?

When did this issue start to occur? What steps have you tried so far?
